Woven fabric is a textile woven on a loom with shuttles threading weft yarns. It is tough, durable, and wrinkle-resistant, with a tight structure that prevents deformation. In terms of breathability, due to its structure, woven fabric is highly breathable, promoting sweat evaporation and ventilation. However, it has a relatively stiff feel and is not ideal for wearing next to the skin.

In contrast, pure cotton fabric is known for its softness and excellent moisture absorption. Made from cotton, it has a soft touch, providing warmth and comfort. Pure cotton absorbs and retains moisture effectively, making it more comfortable to wear. Its softness makes it ideal for underwear, pajamas, and other garments requiring softness, comfort, and moisture absorption.

However, woven fabric performs better in terms of durability and wrinkle resistance. Its tight structure provides better durability and wrinkle resistance, making it suitable for outerwear, trousers, and other garments requiring these properties. Pure cotton, on the other hand, is relatively less durable in these areas.

In terms of breathability, woven fabrics are more breathable, promoting sweat evaporation and ventilation. In contrast, pure cotton fabrics are relatively less breathable. Regarding feel, woven fabrics feel stiff and are not suitable for wearing next to the skin; while pure cotton fabrics are soft and comfortable, making them suitable for wearing next to the skin.
